It is a computer running Windows 7, though it originally came with Windows XP. My computer is doing the same thing as the original poster. I have attached my DxDiag log for more info. Now, PowerDVD will not open and displays the same error message as the OP. I then installed my ATI Radeon HD 6750 and downloaded drivers.
